Olives as a cultural heritage, olive oil from the fertile lands of Caria...
"In ancient Greece, Gaia was the goddess of the earth. Kaia, on the other hand, represents the earth, the source of life, the place where roots sprout. The olive tree found life in the earth. It became the memory of the earth, an ancient witness to the history of humanity. Today, the olive tree continues to bear fruit and remains a part of life. In our olive grove, located between the Latmos and Ilbıra mountains, adjacent to the ancient city of Euromos in the Carian civilization, we strive to preserve the olive, which has existed since the ancient world, not just as a fruit, but as a cultural heritage, in the ancient and valuable way it deserves. After the first rains, we harvest our geographically protected Memecik variety olives from a single orchard and process them the same day using modern cold-pressing methods. Every drop of olive oil you drink is a part of this history, this culture, this earth, that is, Kaia."
